Using this website
By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to use the site lawfully and not interfere with its security, performance, forms, or underlying systems.
The content on this website is provided for general information only. It may change without notice and should not be treated as technical, legal, financial, or business advice tailored to your situation.
Enquiries, proposals, and projects
Submitting a form or requesting a mockup does not create a client relationship or guarantee that Blacksidian will accept the project.
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, revisions, support, and payment terms will be agreed separately in writing before paid work begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, brand assets, content, approvals, and any third-party account permissions needed to complete agreed work.
Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving final content, legal statements, pricing, claims, and business information before launch.
Third-party services
Blacksidian projects may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment processors, CRM systems, booking tools, analytics services, email services, domain registrars, or review platforms.
Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, uptime, privacy practices, and policies. Blacksidian is not responsible for outages, policy changes, fees, or limitations controlled by third-party providers.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Blacksidian retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, processes, methods, internal know-how, reusable code, and design systems used to deliver work.
After final payment, clients receive the rights to use the agreed final deliverables for their business, subject to any third-party licensing terms and any written project agreement.
Results and limitations
Blacksidian aims to build practical systems that improve enquiry flow, trust, and operations, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, review volume, lead volume, or business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blacksidian is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of this website or our services.
